Tryon Medical Partners is a physician-led, multispecialty practice redefining outpatient care in Charlotte, North Carolina. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our highly collaborative team.

• Average 15–20 patients per day

The Role

As a Rheumatologist at Tryon, you’ll provide comprehensive outpatient care across a wide spectrum of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with primary care and specialty colleagues in an environment designed to support both clinical excellence and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions (arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoporosis, and more)

• Provide longitudinal care, including treatment planning and medication management

• Leverage advanced diagnostics to guide clinical decisions

• Collaborate across specialties to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

• Optional involvement in clinical research, teaching, or quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology

• Eligible for or currently licensed in North Carolina

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
