The Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is an outpatient-focused role offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a supportive, team-based setting.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with specialists and care teams to coordinate treatment
Engage in quality improvement, education, or research (optional)
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
