We are actively interviewing for a Board-Certified Gynecologist to join our prestigious team Charlotte, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful.

Responsibilities:
Focused exclusively on women’s health, our specialists provide exceptional care and surgical services for patients of all ages, from childhood to the reproductive years to menopause and beyond. We welcome patients of all ages to the Tryon Women’s Center, where Gynecology and Sexual Health are our specialties. 

In addition to supporting breast health, our specialists can treat any abnormalities of the female reproductive tract, including abnormal Pap smears, HPV infection and vaccination, vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infections, heavy and/or painful periods, post-menopausal bleeding, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, painful intercourse, low libido, hot flashes, and vaginal dryness.

While Tryon will not offer obstetric services for pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care, our Gynecology team supports preconception health and can provide infertility evaluation and treatment. We monitor early pregnancy through the first trimester, and are here to help patients through the devastating experiences of abnormal pregnancies and miscarriage

Required Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of North Carolina  
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
  • Completion of a residency in medicine and a fellowship in Gynecology, in ACGME approved programs.
  • Current BC/BE in Gynecology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients
  • Fully engaged in the concept of “Integrated team-based care” model
  • Superior patient/customer service
  • Basic computer skills, including email and EMR. We use Athena
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years’ experience working full-time as a GYN in an outpatient setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
